Banners and greetings
Before someone opens chat, the site can start the conversation: a banner with an image and button, or a short prompt by the widget. You choose who sees it and how often.

- See a banner or a short greeting beside the chat button.
- Open the linked offer or dismiss the banner.
Operator and owner
- Upload the image and set the text, link, delay and audience.
- Preview the banner before saving the widget appearance.
How to enable
Setup in the dashboard

Enable banners and add an image, heading, message and link.
